On this episode I chat with Simon Airey. Simon has been teaching for 24 years across a variety of settings including mainstream and specialist, with age groups spanning 2-9 years old. He has had a number of roles including Early Years Lead, Maths Lead and Computing Lead. Simon is passionate about children’s play, using these opportunities for learning, based on the children’s interests. He prides himself on facilitating an inclusive approach in his classes through movement, behavior support and a neuroaffiriming philosophy.
